Requirements
To book and reserve this venue we require a down payment and signed contract. You can do this online or in person at our venue. Once the down payment is made you may pay the rest of the balance in payments in which the total is due 1 month before the event. Deposit is refunded after the wedding if there are no damages or mess to the venue.

Service
Our wedding service includes all day access to the venue from 9am to 12am. You must provide your own catering, drink, Dj, photography, event planning, and decoration services.
Notice
- Kids must be under adult supervision at all times
- We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur on our property.
- Guests are not allowed in the house
- Fake rose petals are not allowed
- No swimming in the lake
- No Weapons
- Small fireworks allowed only
